About

My name is Stephanie and professionally, I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist. Personally, I am a mama (to a mini human and a dog), wife, former dancer, true crime junkie, and travel seeker. Oh and fun fact: I will eat just about any dessert that has peanut butter in it!

After graduating from college with a degree in Exercise Science, I outgrew my ballet slippers and fell in love with the gym!  I loved working out, feeling strong, and was soon inspired to take up competitive bikini competitions. However, after a couple of years of this lifestyle, I learned that hours in the gym and extreme dieting were not healthy or maintainable habits.  In fact, I began to really struggle with my weight, digestion, acne, high blood pressure, and my hormones.  I desperately needed to make changes for my health.

After a couple of years of further education, I was able to heal myself naturally.  I struck a balance of what it meant to live and thrive in a healthy lifestyle.  I found that simple whole foods and a consistent movement routine were truly like medicine for the body when utilized properly.

It is now my mission to help YOU find a healthy lifestyle by ditching the extremes, saying no to fad diets and detoxes, and hours upon hours in the gym.  I will help you find a balanced approach that will stick for years to come.  I think it’s vital to understand that the approach that worked amazingly for your best friend or sister might not be the best approach for you. I’m confident that in working together we can find the groove that’s right for YOUR bio-individual health.  I will help you eliminate the confusion and guesswork and create a customized plan for your health goals whether you’re seeking guidance with nutrition, fitness, or both!
